Our dedicated team of specialists supports children facing challenges such as sensory and behavioral issues, hyperactivity, difficulty concentrating, emotional regulation struggles, motor skill delays, picky eating, sleep difficulties, anxiety, low self-confidence, attachment concerns, and challenges with speech, social engagement, and academic performance.

Our welcoming clinic, conveniently situated on London Road in Twickenham, offers easy access with ample parking nearby. We primarily serve families in the Boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, and Kingston.
Our Inspiring Journey
Kids In Sync South West is co-owned and run by Nicole Ray, a highly qualified Sensory Integration and Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience. She lives locally in Twickenham and is a mum to a child with ADHD. Together with Kids In Sync founder, Jacqui Penny, who runs the KIS centre in North London (who faced her own challenges with a son with ASD and ADHD), the two make a formidable team. They are deeply passionate for improving and transforming children’s lives, especially via Sensory Integration, for the good.

Our Professional Services
Initial Engagement
If you are seeking support from a Paediatric Occupational Therapist or require Sensory Integration Therapy for your child, the first step is to connect with us. This allows us to conduct a thorough evaluation to better understand your child’s unique needs. We will initiate contact through email, phone, or both to begin this process.
All children beginning therapy at our clinic must have a current OT assessment that meets our standards. Typically, following one of our assessments, we will recommend a specific number of Occupational Therapy sessions. In some cases, if you already have a standard-compliant and up-to-date OT assessment, you may be able to skip our assessment and proceed directly to therapy.
